101 Bits


101 Bits is pretty much a compilation of tracks made during the last 9 years that were never part of an official release.
Some are shorts, some are long, some are good and some are total crap. Some were done for me during my free time, some for TV documentaries or for other people as part of my job.
The point is, every single of those tracks made me who I am today.
And while some of them are definitely still sounding like me, some are now just a landmark in time and a proof that your music and tastes evolve as you grow up.

So yeah, to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of my last album Patience I definitely had other plans (big plans lol) but the current sanitary situation kinda forces me to think of something else, that I should have done ages ago anyway.

Some of those 101 bits were released as singles on my soundcloud years ago, or in my YouTube channel, but there are a lot of exclusives too.
I organized the compilation as follows :

### "8Dio" and "UVI" tracks were made to demonstrate sample libraries from those 2 companies, I had complete artistic freedom here.

### "TV Work" tracks were done for documentaries, advertising, shorts and movies as part of my job as composer for French TV.
I had little to no artistic freedom here, mostly following temp tracks or obscure client demands.

### "Mondays" tracks are part of my Monday serie of video on my YouTube channel where you can see me play all the instruments and stuff. Can be covers or originals.

### The rest are tracks I made for my own pleasure during my freetime, and believe me I had quite a lot of time when I was a student.

As usual and especially in this one, I couldn't be broader in therm of genres and production quality (lol)... After all, that's almost 10 years of music, I was in high school damn...
